BY ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA.

Signatura AI Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") grants you, the end user ("you"), a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Signatura application and related services (the "Application") for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). This license does not constitute a sale of the Application. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application.

The Application uses artificial intelligence and large language models to generate suggestions, drafts, analyses, and recommendations covering CV tailoring, interview practice, compensation negotiation, and contract review. AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or content that is incomplete, out of date, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI output before relying on it. The Application is not a substitute for professional advice from a licensed attorney, accountant, financial advisor, recruiter, or career coach. Any decisions you make based on AI output are made at your own risk.

You agree not to:

  1. (a)use the Application for any unlawful purpose
  2. (b)attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Application
  3. (c)upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property right or contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  4. (d)impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  5. (e)interfere with or disrupt the Application's servers or networks
  6. (f)use the Application to harass, defame, or harm any other person

Your use of the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Documents and contracts you upload may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating analysis. We do not sell your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page; all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

All intellectual property rights in the Application — including its software, design, branding, prompts, and underlying frameworks — are owned by Signatura AI Ltd. or its licensors. You retain ownership of any documents you upload and any output the Application generates from your inputs. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the Application's services to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached this EULA. You may terminate your use of the Application at any time by deleting your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SIGNATURA AI LTD., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS EULA WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  1. (A)THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
  2. (B)ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signatura AI Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  1. (a)your breach of this EULA
  2. (b)your misuse of the Application
  3. (c)your violation of any applicable law or any third-party right

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update this EULA from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the Application or email. Your continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
